Team, this page has everything you need to know about The Ultimate Journey: IN10SITY this year. Have a look at the challenge board and T&Cs to model Your Ultimate Journey and forge your Path to a victorious Peak to close out 2023.
As this is the first year we’ll be hosting TUJ in the Ride Room, we’ve taken steps to ensure that you will be able to ride together with your teammate for the same class. Teams of more than two may find it hard to achieve some challenge points due to the limited space for in-studio spots compared to online ride spots.
No, we want to make sure the challenge is fair for all participants and awarding points to multiple teams for riding in one spot can be disadvantageous for many teams.
Yes, just make sure you register the correct email during the registration process and we will be able to calculate your points.
Your enrollment in that class will not be calculated. We have created a system which will automatically calculate your points, so if you book using another account, it will not meet the criteria for calculating points for you registered team.
First reserve a spot within your preferred class.
Then, on the confirmation page click the gear icon next to the booking and select assign guest.
Key in your teammates registered Journey email and you will have assigned them as a guest using your credits.
If for any reason you are unable to assign a guest spot from you account, you can let our front desk know during check-in to assign the guest for you to ensure your points will be eligible for calculation
Yes, however you will need to transfer the entire package - we are unable to transfer parts of a package to another account.
Any No-Shows will result in a penalty of -15 points.
If someone rides on your behalf, make sure you let our Guides know so they can change your booking in our system - they will assign a Journey Admin account as a guest.
If you are found to have gotten another person ride for you under your registered Challenge account, you will incur a penalty of -20 points.
If a class is cancelled, you will be awarded a compensation of 10 points for the inconveniences caused.
If a substitute instructor is assigned to your reserved class, any points associated to the original instructors collective will be carried over.
E.G. If you reserved Ifa’s class and you are in here collective (Fuji) and Fazry (Kinabalu) subs her class, you will still be riding in a ‘Fuji Collective’ class as the original instructor was part of the Fuji Collective.
Yes, points are awarded on an individual basis, with team points being calculated after individual points have been confirmed.

Yes, any class you are enrolled in will award you with a TUJ Standard. You will need to enrol in classes of instructors who are outside of your collective for you to earn points from Embark Now, Rise Together, Peak Forever, Iron Legs, and especially Around the World.
We will be projecting a leader board on the TV at the studio and it will update on a daily basis after 4pm. We will also post updates daily on our Instagram page.
No, any RISE classes you do within the 10 days will be counted to this total. So if you do 5 RISE rides on the first day, you will only need to do 5 more RISE rides in the remaining 9 days
If you do 2 or more classes in a row on a weekend, you will be eligible to apply a points multiplier to your daily total.
If you do 2 classes back to back, your daily total will be multiplied by 1.25x (or an increase of 25%).
E.G. you have done 2 classes and have a total of 10 points, as you have done them back to back, you will now have 12.5 Points (10*1.25).
If you do 3 or more classes in a row, your daily total will be multiplied by 1.5x (or an increase of 50%).
E.G. you have done 3 classes in a row and have a total of 15 points, as you have done them without any missed classes in between, you will now have a total of 22.5 Points (15*1.5).
No, you will still only apply the 1.25x multiplier once as you have only done 2 classes in a row, albeit done twice. Missing a class after your streak will reset your streak count.
However, if you did 3 classes in a row, then missed a class, and then did another (i.e. 9am, 10:30am, 12pm, and 4:30pm classes); you will get a 1.5x multiplier as you achieved a 3 class hot streak.
