Spinning to me is more than just a workout.

It became an outlet to channel my love for fitness and music at the same time! I wanted to meet amazing people who shared the same passion and drive and there's no better or right place for that than at Journey.

Being an instructor means having the responsibility of leading strong, determined people through 45 precious minutes of their day. So my goal for every class is to make you SWEAT + walk out feeling 100% better than when you walked in 💪🏽💙!
